As it happens I have fired of two emails to the company on Tuesday, quoted the allegations made by X64action on this forum (such as hiring friends with little accountability, wasteful travel expenditure, no directors have ever visited the Queensland operations). Sadly I have had no response, which is in complete contrast to what I experienced when contacting the convening shareholders.

If the company is paying computershare to contact shareholders to get them to vote against the resolutions you would think they would reply to my email.

I am also annoyed that they are spending shareholders money to try to persuade them to vote a particular way. It feels like a government using public funds to pay for an election campaign for their political party which quite rightly is illegal.

If they cannot send a response to an email about what in my opinion are serious allegations then i know which way I am voting.
