What we need is intelligent, accurate analysis of facts, that present for and against arguments and when people quote figures or announcements they should be correct. Do you agree with that Firsova?
Delays will have short term effects on the SP, but how can they possibly change the margins at which MHM operates, or the eventual volume of waste they process. That's what determines the SP targets.
