Yup, believe me I had a triple look at the Citi number to make sure what i read was correct.

Unfortunately I cant take the register out of Boardroom's offices to upload on this forum - otherwise the $5 I pay to view it at their offices turns into $250
Pretty easy for others to check - just email Bridgette at Boardroom and make an appointment to view SBB registry (unfortunately only available in Melbourne & Sydney)
Looks like most of the escrow holders have sold out now and citicorp has brought in - which explain how citi was able to increase their holdings
