Have they given a time frame and whether its a trading speculation target or a target subject to getting the CE approval ? Most brokers don't give reasons or trigger points or timing ideas, so these targets might be for 2 years away if they get the CE or are they making some people think OSL deserves this higher rating sooner and why exactly?
