This is standard delivery as per above. Human organs do not behave like acrylic.
There are two aspects that need to be considered; the penetration length in human tissues, and the length of time for the half life .
As you can see from the charts below the half life of phosphorus is about 6 times more than 90Y. I make no comment as to being worse or better, just an observation.

There is little published data that I can find as to penetration in human tissue, but I'm sure lots exists. From 2002/03 guidelines it states penetration is between 3 and 8 mm.
32p has been used for some medical conditions for over 30 years.
It would be a real winner if there is another treatment available.
