There is a further error in the calculation of the Value per share in this report.
No allowance has been made for the 27.5 million MHMO, which are exercisable at 20 cents. These would most certainly get exercised, so the total number of shares outstanding should be treated as 87.5m plus 12m placement plus 27.4m MHMO giving a total of 127m.
The NPV sould be $343.5m plus $12m (as indicated by others)equals $355.5m.
So the value per share is $355.5m divided by 127m equals $2.80 per share. Not quite the $3.92 shown in the report, but still worth considering.
