The whole concept of not chasing or chasing a share is invalid imo. It is nothing to do with chasing a share it is about establishing a value and a risk reward proposition. What is the MC, what is the upside for the project, what are the grades, what is the geopolitical risk, who is driving the ship/management, is a CR in the wind.....etc etc.
If a stock is running, establish these factors and then make a decision to buy or not to buy, pretty simple really.
ADT is not running on wild speculation and it certainly isn't overcooked from an MC perspective. ADT is running on solid drill results, highly prospective projects and the potential of further imminent drill results. ADT is the real deal and currently offers a thought provoking value proposition.
So either establish wether you think it is a buy or not because there is going to be people 'chasing' this stock for a while yet. Good luck with your decision.
