Hey PT, Driving on a foggy rain soaked highway near Windsor and Binghamton on way from NJ/NY to Toronto, I just plucked that 300m from the fog. Sky’s clearing a bit so I can see your point Thanks for mentioning capex reqt is low. All the more compelling. This driving route is more scenic than the one thru Albany, so having much fun as with ADT’s scenic SP last 2 weeks, profit already more than enough to pay for this 40 day trip LoL. Cheers
