Nope.
This looks like a smart TA painting the tape. The trader probably knows there's little chance for high impact announcement this week, and even if there is, it won't generate max torque while NA is away on holiday. They 'broke' the chart by dumping into the hourly bear flag, maybe to draw out some nervous sellers.
In my view, ABC correction to $0.48, think she legs higher from here. If the trader is smart, they will accumulate here into probable news next week.
