My perspective; Support YES vote & make 50% gain. Support NO vote & shares drop in value, my capital stagnates for some time while in the hands of management who clearly don't have the heart for it. In the absence of a superior offer I'll take my profits. Congrats to EV for snaring a bargain, well played.
