All eyes are on NMDC as the Largest ever(~AUD35 million) research and development (R&D) project between Australiaand India could finally be approved by the final partner (NMDC) to sign the RCAJan 8^th Board Meeting.

Looks like we may have potentially 2 projects Constructing in 2019  - Matmor R&D and Vic Coldry Project to look forwards to.

 

TImeline: 

NMDC Board Meeting                                               -Jan 8th

Ministry Approvals                                                      -Mid December- Jan 2019

Signing which also triggers Financial Closure      -Late Jan / Early Feb 2019

 

Coldry Project Completionof Feasibility               -By March 2019

 

Phase 3 to be completed by March 2019.

Upgraded fron 170,000 tonnes per annum to 600,000 tones.

 

India Project Construction Commencement              - March/April 2019

Latrobe Valley Project

Also, expect an update on Latrobe Valley sometime this month.

Hopefully an announcement to say we are ontrack to complete Phase 3 feasibility study by March 2019.

Note: Phase4 is implementation and startup

Local Sales:

We have a number of leadswhich we will develop and inform the market of into Jan/Feb.  Particularly,a restatement of the strategy of local sales co-ordinating more closely withthe Latrobe Valley project and boiler package deals.

Communications/ Marketing:

An outline of thecomms/marketing strategy prior to Jan 8th but it’s likely that the main eventto build significant interestwill be launched off the signing ceremony, where we hope to have significantGovt of India representation.  Also, we are currently in discussion with a number ofspecialist/institutional investors and are keeping them abreast of developmentsas they occur.

Next 12 months sound like they are going t6obe busy in India and Australia with the 2 projects
