As for increasing rego , will cause problems
Pay by the kilometres requires big money to tag every car/street
Imo.... plug it and pay .
But they should charge the industrials commercial with the same rates.
Otherwise s huge numbers will charge cars at work .
Not a very easy problem to solve .
