You can send an email to Hotcopper support regarding the ignore problem, They are always very helpful and I am sure you will receive a very quick reply, you can also seek assistance from other more knowledgeable posters on the forums as well.... to be honest I think it is very easily done.

Would you like to enlighten us on the process of testing a new software, can you in particular explain to us mere mortals why a company would go back from an advanced pilot launch phase all the way to testing ?
