So when do we actually get to read and consider the IER given the first court date is say due on the 12.10.2018 ?????
For those wanting to vote "no" to the scheme in due course I would strongly urge you to send an email to the Co requesting / advising them that you would like details on how to formally lodge submissions to the court about the proposed scheme.
In due course please consider actually doing short brief submissions to the court. The court will need to take those submissions into consideration in it's determination of the matter. The more submissions sent to the court will imo make the judge consider the matter in detail because If no submissions are done to the court then IMO I think the court will take the view that S/holders are agreeable to the scheme to proceed.
