Yes. Where is the revised timetable? Why has ASX not officially queried the lack of disclosure? Marinko and SFI Board indicated that Shareholders would receive the Scheme Booklet plus the IER by mid-September. If the IER is delayed, then surely the Board is duty bound to announce a revised timetable.
The large volume of shares have probably been picked up by a fund that sees a few pips as quick secure money, which indicates that they will support the deal.
What is amazing is that the increased offer appears to have been extracted by Rod Jones not the SFI Board. If that not an indictment on the incumbent BoD, I don't know what is!
