    Why don't you think labour costs will reduce in line with sales %?

    This would imply that you think it would either stay the same - or you mean that it would reduce for another reason not related to sales?

    After observing stores, I can see that some stores surge employees whilst others have not. These extra employees are likely to be casual. I assume this is the case because 2 months ago Dusk put out Casual job opportunities for the Christmas period, additionally, after speaking to some of the employees, they have also said they were hired for the Christmas season. Therefore, If sales are not coming through for certain stores, why would Dusk continue to surge to keep them there?

    It seems like a reasonable suggestion to me that labour costs (based on the costs that occurred last year which included these labor surges) would drop in line with sales.
