Hi Anthony, you make some good points mate. However I maintain my original view that employee cost per sales $ will increase substantially in FY24.

I acknowledge that a single year's results are not that important in the scheme of things. Certainly, the company's forecast of the following 12 months will be more important.

If the forecast is positive, it will be amazing to see Seth suddenly transform into a raving advocate as to importance of forecasting. We will see Charlie Munger quotes galore - at least this would mean we no longer need to hear about the tragedy of the overpaid tax and lack of market recognition!
