It did occur to me, that perhaps Dusk is not as vulnerable as we might think, because of the demographic that actually shop there...
The only people I know who regularly shop at Dusk, are older home owners.. wealthy and largely unaffected by surging I rates because theses lucky ppl bought houses 20 or 30 years ago for 10c...
And of course, worth pointing out again that they survived the gfc...
I'm pretty positive over the long term here
