Went to local store at Chermside, Brisbane on weekday...it was absolutely packed... people queued up for entry and payment ..with 3 staff they were struggling to greet and ask what customers need. Something else I noticed from gifts concepts... there are lot gift ideas to create repeat customer (at higher price) along with potential memberships...specially around diffuser liquids, sticks etc
