I agree that DSK is not going out of business. They do have a track record (pre-IPO) of weathering tough trading years in the past. Plus their zero net debt position is a plus. I also think that Peter King did a great job running the business and the aborted Eroma acquisition in Dec 21 was a good idea, just at the wrong point in the business cycle, and he knew that, which is why he backed away.. If DSK is doing it tough right now then I also suspect this whole sector is doing it tough likewise. It's quite likely that the SP will stay lower for longer until at least the RBA starts cutting rates, or leading up to Xmas 24.
A brave move by PE would be to consolidate DSK with some other players (Eroma for example) while confidence in the home fragrance sector is at a cyclical low.
