As someone who considers themself to be a value oriented investor I've been increasingly drawn to discounted smaller REIT'S and LIC'S in the past year as my preferred large cap compounders (SOL/WES/SVN/BKW) are trading at such high valuations that it's hard for me to consider further investment.

If you read the WAM annual reports they have a full listing of all their holdings at the EOFY date. Sure, not helpful if you want to do an ongoing assessment of what they are doing but I have a bigger issue with them publishing only pre-tax and pre-fee NTA's. I think LIC's should naturally attract a discount given their company structure and fee hurdles.
