The thing that troubles me the most is that we paid so much for "expert advice" that served only to lead us to the point where we were forced to accept a low offer. Would we even have known about Dragoman without the court reports from private shareholders (thanks again guys). Did I get it wrong: was it Dragoman's advice to AGS to keep pursuing a lost cause in the courts until there was no money left and shareholders would have to vote Yes or face the alternative ? ... From Dragoman's own website: the origin of their name: "Dragoman" comes from the Ottoman period: "an official guide, intermediary and translator." On their homepage they quote from Mark Twain's "The Innocents Abroad" . That's ironic. I wonder which of their global experts designed our strategy: http://www.dragomanglobal.com/our-people/ and who exactly was the intermediary and for whom.
