Yes this is true, but you don't need to be a scientist to know that pharma companies make very few phase 3 trial deals with small biotechs relative to the number of small biotechs. There are literally thousands of companies in the same boat as BIT all trying to establish deals with the big pharma companies. The odds are really stacked against any one company succeeding.
