T44 is correct in saying normally ACL don't announce that Pete will give update on the Fonda status approval. Gogo may have a valid point on capital raising.

Firstly, why would PS present in Cowen Conference. The only reason you do that is if you want one of the top 15 investment bank to get clients to put more money into your company. PS can give an announcement about Fonda approval and at the same time wants to raise cash for HA trial!!! Who really knows that the purpose of this presentation is for.

There is a chance Fonda got approval but why announce it on the Cowen conference? I guess we can only wait for that presentation.
