Presenting to potential US investors can only be a good thing. Given the fairly low and consistently low volumes traded in ACL if everyone on this forum wanted out after approval the share price would be in the toilet. I think Dr Smith needs to be beating the drum at every opportunity to get the buyers lined up so that doesn't happen. I am fairly sure this will be a big transition for ACL and there are some major shareholders who will want or need to realize a return on their investment. Perhaps he should stay in the US longer :)

The approval will happen when it happens.
