updates, always updates, page-7

Just a positive spin on today's announcement, it just struck me as a between the lines statement. Several points:

1. Normally they would only announce that PS was presenting at a Bio conference, here they have felt the need to tell us there would be an update.

2. They have already announced that both ANDA review process and the preapproval inspection have been completed successfully, and today reiterated that approval is pending.

3. They have only ever updated when there has been a positive progression, ie review completed waiting on preapproval, preapproval completed, and preapproval completed successfully.

4. PS knows how markets work and knows an update is not a re-hash of what the market already knows.

5. There is only one more progression in the approval process and that is ANDA approval.

So maybe just maybe they are using this opportunity to deliver the news on both approval and the commencement of phase 3, would be exquisite timing.
