So here is the stand out for me on Page 2 ( Panax acquisition update)

High THC is based on a full MC license. While others are somewhat hamstrung by the requirement to produce only high CBD and low THC, we are seeking a full MC license where high THC is included. Many medical journals and reports I have read over the last several years make a point of suggesting that THC included in the MC blend adds to and compliments the relief and curative effects of CBD.
Securing Panax will be a game changer.
