Dont think it will be bad news.
But it might not be the golden arrow immediately: just pointing closer to possible shoring up a really outstanding project( imo). The joint ventures are just an added bonus. I think this coming release is intended for those who are willing to go on this ride. and will require careful and understanding reading to get the most out of it. Might need an in depth overview by Mode and David.
