As far as tests, I'm sure there are quite a few in progress, but I found a company called Co-Diagnostics has been granted a CE mark:

I know the US is crying out for tests, so no shortage of need just yet. I do wonder, however, how long the need will be as great as it is now. Vaccines seem to be around the corner, so if we can't strike while the iron is hot, we may miss the boat on this one.
