some good news options could still exist:
- think they know what the problem is but not quite 100%, very close but need a day or to confirm and don't want to mislead by announcing unconfirmed idea before then.
even better would be:
- they think they may be able to fix it with a simple process and will be done within a day or two and will announce the outcome.
you never know...but I guess the most likely is - still determining the exact cause and remedy.
