Buffett if the share price was 50c I would think the same. At 10c any news is good news.
As far as I am concerned Centro can sell 100 small centres at 10% off book value to ease their balance sheet pressure. They needed to take action faster back in January - but thats easy to say with the help of hindsight.
As for CBA who knows their motives. We are better off with strong investor/company on the share register not a bunch of fund managers who couldn't run a pie shop.
