Understand your issues and rationale for de-risking. Please also be aware that it is common for confidentiality (and some other) provisions to survive a considerable time after agreement termination so i don't count on hearing anything except what suits them when it suits them - sometimes good and sometimes bad as a consequence. My choice is to take my money somewhere else if i dont like it.
