I am losing count of the number of junior explorers who are doing their dough trying to drill out a deep vein resource.

Why do these small companies think the majors dumped the projects in the first place?

If they keep burning cash and de-rating at the same time, in all likelihood we are looking at a few more dilutions before any significant resource is proved up, and then, if it looks like it might fly, the project/company will likely just be bought for pittance anyway.

Been there.

This is not an exercise in job creation; keeping rotund drill crews overstocked with beef sandwiches.

It is supposed to be an exercise in wealth creation for shareholders.

Directors are supposed to promote the companies existing shares, not spend their time issuing new shares.
Any old banking monkey can print paper certificates.

How pervasive this new national socialism has become!
