Do you think the current business climate with coal in SA will allow easier access for steffanutti to hire staff for construction and allow easier access to plant/machinery.
I know in Australia there is talk that labour and plant costs for coal mining is lowering with less production and work going on and idle machinery.

As Kanagla is low cost and has a fixed offtake contract that absorbs costs and provides a fixed profit, UNV is different in its position to other coal mines in SA.
