Do they need to dominate to still be a good company/investment? I think not. From what I can tell they already have between 1/2 to 2/3 of the listings that REA does from looking at a several different suburbs. If they are able to take their already 6000 agents +private investor wild card and monetize them (this is the hard part) then surely with other players worth $billions RNTs $30million market cap has plenty of room to move.
