I was doing some DD on Terrativa and am impressed with their ability to get in and under the DNPM bureaucracy of Brazil. I'm happy for them to vend into us any good tenements they can acquire in return for us being their financing arm.
With so much leverage (and 18 months to go) on the MOB's, surely they're a gift at $0.004.
