You're right Wilma. The SEZ is significant for Magnis, and in particular MTT. This is because all the processing is technically done by a seperate entity and all in a very favourable environment in regards to tax as well as Tanzanian industrialisation agenda.

Great in the long term, though the mining commission needs to be set up for MTT to commence. Construction of the processing facilities can start whenever it needs to, even without Nachu up and running. However, MTT will need to be able to process graphite from somewhere and I don't think Tanz government would be too keen on importing graphite for processing when there are so many mines wanting to progress in tanzania.

MTT SEZ is essentially useless unless permissions are granted by the Mining Commission so Nachu and other mines can commence production and provide the graphite materials MTT needs to beneficiate and become eligible for export.

The mining commission is significant.
