IRD is a frustrating stock but they only announce the milestones on their journey to launching a business.
Time and shareholders are not a concern to them because every step forward is workshopped to eliminate flaws.
There are advantages in slow positive progress eg the Gawler ore deposits were ownership completed at substantially reduced costs compared to the original negotiated terms.
Land purchases were consolidated at Cape Hardy at reasonable prices instead of inflated prices.
Building of wharves have achieved all permits for protection of whales from excessive noise.
To my mind we are within six months of project lift off.
