Overnight, Looksmart was closely "kept" below the $4.95cps level and sold down any time it looked like getting anywhere near that price. By 3.05pm, a total of less than 21,000 shares had been traded. (3 month average=120,000 daily).

A "WALL" of some 23,600 was firmly placed @ $4.96c all day, to frighten silly shareholders into selling and any prospective (other) "sheep" from buying. With a half hour to go, it was reported on Yahoo:

< Volume just went from 21,139 to 70,212 in the space of 5 minutes. One sell of 23,000 at $4.96 was taken out in one hit. >

The SP quickly got to $5.01cps before being dragged down in the last half hour, to close down, @ $4.89cps! Again, it was reported:

< They worked it beautifully, got it back down to $4.89 with less than 6000 shares. Closing volume was 79,228. >

Need I say any more? Oh ... A Co called MAMA (& a partner of LOOK) announced news of putting a video meta search link to their front page.

Let's just look at just a few comparisons ..... MAMA and LOOK - (as per Q3 reports)

LOOK current Market Cap of (@ $4.93c) $113M

MAMA current Market Cap of (@ $4.28c) $61.38M

LOOK current CASH $42m - MAMA current CASH $8.5M

MAMA Revenues in the third quarter of 2006 were $1,891,068. ( 21% below the $2,390,634 revenues for the same period in 2005).

MAMA Revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2006 were $6,029,981. (23% below the $7,805,543 revenues for the same period in 2005).

LOOK Revenues in the third quarter of 2006 were $12.2m and up from the previous period.

LOOK will do (as guided) $15M - $16M for Q4 and MAMA guided for, how much? lol!!

MAMA rose by over 80% today, on the "news" ....Just wait until they announce LOOK's news .....With Insto's now owning over 13M of the 22.8M issued shares!!!
