Before I put my 2 cents worth in, I'm stating I am a long term holder of PEN and so obviously want to see the company do well and the share price to rise.
I believe the announcement will be good news but in the short term the SP will drop. Buy on Rumour, Sell on Fact always prevails in these circumstances. For you experienced investors, how many Trading Halts and announcements have led to 50%+ rises, for example, on resumption of trading ? Harldy any I would guess. How many have led to 10-15% drops in the SP - a fair few in my experience.
Certainly not a de-ramp, just trying to be realistic.
