Those days are gone on the ASX where even a penny resource stock would move from 3c to 80c just by announcing it found a piece of rock in the ground.
Unfortunately PRR needs a break through announcement with big $$ backing for it to move anywhere close to 42c. We'll be lucky if it gets above 5c!!
