I keep referring to institutions who recommend BHP as a buy as "lazy analysts". It's like the IT manager who decides to go with a big brand. "No one ever got fired buying HP.." is the mantra. What is their basis for $28? I can't see anything on the 6 month horizon to justify that optimism. I suppose reporting day was due and they were in a bind, still biting their knuckles on who to back.
