The broker has again knocked down the target - from $5.30 to $4.86 - following forecast earnings reductions of 16%, 7% and 11% in FY09-11 which relate to delays in synergies and the Dividend reinvestment plan.
The problem overhanging Mac Comm Infra is the refinancing of its bond issue, and as such the market has sold the shares down heavily - too low, in the broker's view. Upgrade.
