Agree. House prices won't be trending down this year. Unemployment and interest rates remain low so encouraging consumers to spend. Downside is the retail sector is struggling at the moment and NCK's SP is a testament to that. Despite providing an update a few weeks ago that NPAT will come in between $37-38 million. Also a couple of institutions have been reducing their substantial holdings.
