    My mistake - thanks for the pick up keygeo. I did a search for UOA Malaysia and that one popped up near the top of the search results, so thought it was September this year.

    Anyway - I think it's all still valid, although the time frame for realisation of the GDV is probably closer to 4-6 years rather than the 5-7 years quoted.
