Hi Cafa, and it's not just the histologic variations - it's also the genetic subtypes and mutations that need to be studied. In the end with personalised medicine I think it will be - diagnose cancer, biopsy or using image analysis figure out genetics of the cancer, customise treatment - weather it's chemo, surgery, SIRT or external beam radiation or other or what combination in what order.
