I think the 99% you mention just get on with life accepting the ups and downs that come their way without blaming isp's or the repercussions from 911. Yeah there's plenty that could be changed and done better but letting yourself get wound up achieves nout.
So there's a file in some back office with all your porn records on it, and some dude's keeping track of your web tracks.. having a rant on here about it is surely gonna up your status to 'trouble maker' from 'harmless loon' on their records. They'll be gps'ing the drone right now
