    …. No matter how positive or possibly favourably something may appear, there's always a "BUT". It's the dreary brigade at work. And if it goes to 30c or higher, I hope these folk are still "not holding", because they will have done nothing to encourage others to buy! (or those already holding, to feel good about it)
