The company pay for these reports.

By releasing them via their website....it surely must serve as some indirect, or at least vague endorsement of this nonsense.

So the company present the reports - while I and others produce research that serves to counter.....what simple reflects the views of one  individual person, who is way behind what is happening with the development of PI3k drugs in cancer.

A perfect example last night..... was NCI paying for a breast cancer trial with another "limited" PI3k drug.

This probably US$50m PI3K trial payed for by the US government - and yet we have to tolerate this dribble, of  a near zero percent chance of success of paxalisib.

So where is the heart of the problem lie - how do we fix it.

It lies with the company and weakness they have in certain areas. If you think they are so great, please talk to them and post your reply here. Unless of course you also think a 5% or 0% chance of success. (I have spoken to them enough and done enough here on this chatline, for somebody else to follow this through)
