I don't think the current share price will be relevant in 3 months as I think $1+ is likely pretty soon.
Only a few small investors may take the short term profits from the placement but that will be gobbled up by the institutions that want in as they reweight their portfolios. I actually sold some CND which I've had since a dollar to buy these which I have traded in the past.
I originally thought CND would make the Spherion buy but missed out for some reason.
